Japanese Language Course 2013 - Round Two

JAPANESE LANGUAGE COURSES - August 2013

I... I am simply surprised at our luck XD After a successful Japanese Language course in February, the Embassy of Japan has announced that the University of Pretoria will be hosting two more courses for beginners and intermediates in August. Everyone is welcome. (Not long now before we can write the JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) in SA...  fufufufu. Well, actually probably not. But one can hope right).

Beginner course:
The beginner course introduces the basics of Japanese language and culture focusing on the practical use of the language. The duration of the course is from 30 July – 5 December 2013. The course will be lead by Japanese Language Instructor, Ms. Hiromi!

  • You do not have to be a Tuks student to join
  • No prior knowledge of the language is needed

Intermediate course:
As for the intermediate course, it will be running from 1 August - 5 December 2013. I would advise anyone who wants to skip the beginner course to check with the instructor first because apparently it is a course that follows on the beginner course they offered. But
  • You do not have to be a Tuks student to join
  • Some prior knowledge is needed (please find out more by contacting them)

To join:

Visit the University's language course page or contact the Embassy of Japan in Pretoria!
